30-Day Issue Resolution Policy
We offer support for any issues with your order within 30 days of delivery.


Returns

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened herbal tinctures.

Unopened items (safety seal intact) may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis.
You must contact us before sending anything back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Digital Products

Digital products (including downloads, guides, ebooks, and online resources) are non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Damages, leaking, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If anything arrives broken, leaking, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a damage claim, we require clear photos of:

  • the damaged item

  • the original shipping packaging

  • the shipping label

This is required to verify the issue and file any carrier claims.

Please do not ship damaged or leaking items back unless we specifically request it.


Non-returnable items

To protect product safety and quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened tinctures

  • Used products

  • Items with broken safety seals

  • Digital products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before shipping anything back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we review your request and, if applicable, receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
