Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier selected.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and may be affected by holidays or unexpected delays.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed automatically once your order ships.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your order arrives broken, leaking, damaged, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process a damage or missing-item claim, we require clear photos of:

the original shipping packaging

the shipping label
This is required to verify the issue and file any carrier claims.
Please do not ship damaged items back unless we specifically request it.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no updates or indicates loss), contact us at info@lierrenaturals.com so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically.
There is no physical shipment for digital items.
If you do not receive your digital product, please contact us and we will resend the file.
